Hilary ward­haugh explores one of the fun­da­men­tals of life; death.
In 2009 one of Hilary’s clos­est friends died. Sad though it was, it was some­thing that she and her friend knew would hap­pen. He knew, that there would be a time that he would become so inca­pac­i­tated  that life would become unbear­able.
And so it did, and he gath­ered his friends and fam­ily around to spend some happy time with him on the last night of his life.
This exhi­bi­tion is a result of that amaz­ing last night.
